Digital Downloads

Your download link will be sent to your email within 24 hours after approval. The link will take you to a webpage where you can get high-quality JPEG files at 300dpi. From there, you can decide to print them at home, use a local printer, or choose an online printing service.

Your digital download comes with five (5) high-resolution 300 DPI JPEG print files in different ratios:

2:3 RATIO: 4x6”, 6x9”, 8x12”, 10x15”, 12x18”, 16x24”, 20x30”, 24x36”
3:4 RATIO: 6x8”, 9x12”, 12x16”, 15x20”, 18x24”, 24x32”

We offer posters made of thick, matte paper that can help bring out the full potential of your artwork and give it a museum-quality finish.

We use Epson UltraChrome GS3 ink. This ink is GREENGUARD Gold certified.
Shipping

We want you to receive your order as soon as possible, so we work hard to process and fulfill orders within 2-5 days. Once your order is ready, we'll ship it out to you. The shipping time depends on your location, but can be estimated as follows:

USA: 4–7 business days
Canada: 4–7 business days
Europe: 6–10 business days
Australia: 4–10 business days
Japan: 4–8 business days
Everywhere else: 10–20 business days

Returns

Returns are only accepted for damaged orders. Our commitment is to deliver high-quality, custom-made products. Due to the unique and personalized nature of our prints, we cannot accommodate general returns or exchanges.

Frequently Asked Questions
Can I see my design before it's printed?

Yes. For personalized items, we send you a proof to review before anything is printed. Your order includes 1-3 free rounds of revisions, so you can ask for changes until it looks right.
What if I want to change something after seeing the proof?

Just reply to the proof email with your changes. Your free revisions cover things like spelling, wording, layout, and photo placement.
Can I cancel after seeing my proof?

Yes. If you cancel after a proof has been sent, we'll refund 60% of the item price. The remaining 40% covers the design work already completed. Once you approve the proof, your order goes into production and can't be cancelled.
What if the proof has a mistake from your side?

We'll fix it at no charge, or give you a full refund if you'd rather cancel.
Can I cancel before a proof is sent?

Yes. You can cancel within 6 hours of ordering, as long as we haven't sent a proof yet. Email info@placesonprints.com with your order number.
How long until I get my proof?

Within 1-2 business days of your order. Production time (4-7 business days for personalized items) starts after you approve your proof.
What happens if I don't approve my custom poster proof?

For custom poster orders, I'll send you a digital proof to review before anything is printed. If I haven't heard back within 5 business days, I'll send you a reminder. If there's still no reply after that, the order will be canceled and refunded at 60% of the item price, which covers the design work already completed. This keeps orders from sitting pending indefinitely.

You're always welcome to reorder once you're ready. Just keep an eye on your inbox (and spam folder) so you don't miss your proof!
How are the posters packaged?

Our posters are shipped in triangular kraft boxes (no plastic caps) or stay-flat envelopes for smaller sizes (like 8 × 10 inches).

In Australia, posters are shipped in triangle tube boxes.
Will the colors of my poster look exactly the same as on my screen?

Colors may vary slightly due to different monitor settings, but we do our best to ensure they’re as accurate as possible.
Will the poster image look the same across all sizes?

Our product images follow the ISO aspect ratio. For other poster sizes, the proportions may be adjusted to maintain the best visual balance. If you have concerns, feel free to contact us before placing your order.
Do the prints come with a frame included?

We currently do not offer framed prints to keep our prices affordable. However, we value our customers' needs and are actively working towards offering framing options in the future. Thank you for your understanding.
